Concierge Medicine

A lasting relationship with your doctor. More time, easier access, and care that fits your schedule.

Concierge membership is optional — it is not required to become a primary care patient. We accept insurance for primary care.

Flexible scheduling, with priority for same-day appointments when available.

More time together

Extended appointments to discuss your concerns, understand your health and plan your next steps without rushing.

Practical wellness guidance

Counseling on professional-grade dietary supplements and fitness trackers, guided by your needs. Products and devices are not automatically included.

Frequently asked questions

Does insurance cover my membership?

The $200 monthly membership fee is separate from medical-service billing. Do not assume your insurance covers it; confirm with your plan. We do not promise insurance or employer reimbursement.

I have a PPO. How does billing work?

We bill your PPO for covered office visits and procedures, as a traditional provider would. Your plan's copays, deductibles and noncovered charges still apply, along with the separate $200 monthly membership fee. Please text or email us to confirm we are contracted with your specific plan.

I have an HMO. Can I join?

Our Concierge Medicine program does not participate in HMO plans. Office visits and procedures are billed directly to you, in addition to the $200 monthly membership fee. If you are considering a PPO during open enrollment, you may request a consultation first. This policy is specific to Concierge and does not change our Primary Care insurance participation.

My employer offers reimbursement. What should I check?

Ask your employer or benefits administrator which services and fees qualify and what documentation is required. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Message or email our office to discuss your situation.

Do I need membership to be a patient?

No. Concierge Medicine is optional. Primary Care remains available without a membership. Membership is not health insurance; keep coverage for emergencies and hospital care.

Are same-day appointments and immediate responses guaranteed?

We prioritize same-day appointments when available. Direct communication does not mean an immediate response or 24/7 coverage; contact arrangements are reviewed before joining. Concierge is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911.
