Concierge membership is optional — it is not required to become a primary care patient. We accept insurance for primary care.
What to expect
- 1Message or email our office to request a consultation with Dr. Pham.
- 2Confirm your insurance: most PPO plans accepted where contracted; Concierge does not participate in HMO.
- 3Review the $200/month fee, separate medical charges, contact arrangements and membership agreement.
- 4Decide together whether membership fits your needs. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
